Are you a teacher who would like to share your experiences on ESD teaching? Are you curious to learn from others who have experience of ESD teaching? Do you want to engage in conversations with colleagues, collaboratively exploring possibilities and addressing challenges in making ESD happen in practice? Well then, at the DIY conference on how to make ESD teaching happen is where you can meet and share ideas and experiences!

The conference program will feature a keynote presentation and presentations of practical experiences from ESD teaching, followed by in-depth conversations with participants to exchange practical tips and tricks. Presentations and conversations may focus on, for example, experiences from specific teaching activities, didactic approaches, module or course development, progression across study programs, and so on.

The conference is open for all staff at Umeå University, free of charge and includes fika and lunch at Universum!

Conference Program

The conference will take place on May 9th, 2023 from 9-12 AM. The venue is Nat.D.200 in the Natural Sciences Building. Online participation will not be offered since the conference is all about personal exchanges related to teaching experiences.
